Delightful Swimming competition with friends!

Usually whenever i woke up for a swimming competition ahead,the prequisites of the day were a sunny day with no clouds and we used to get up when the sun's rays directly fell on our face.But as this time,the swimming competition was held in the winter season,the day was very cloudy with high chances of rainfall.It is very exciting for all kids to roam or play in the rain,but definitely not for a swimming competition!Swimming on a rainy day is much harder compared to on a bright and sunny day majorly due to the rainfall causing disturbance in our visibility with our swimming goggles on.I was travelling along with my friend Shamit who was a better swimmer than me.Well i had only come to miss a day of school not knowing that the day of the competition will be held on a weekend.😂😂   

I entered Shamit's car with all my clothes wet and water dripping from it.I did not want to spoil my friend's car so had to find a quick jugaad of a paper roll to avoid excess water in his car.It was a very smooth ride with beautiful scenes of the rain all the way.

 The competition was to be around 7:00 a.m but it got delayed due to the rain and began at 9.We had a 400 m freestyle and medley relay which was not so soon,so we took a seat to relax and chat.To enjoy the pleasant weather,some kids had bought a tennis ball to play along,i requested them to give it for some time so that we could play cricket on the side of the pool. Our cricket match  on the corner invited more attention of the audience than the competition going in the swimming pool.Unfortunately,a player hit the ball higher and it went straight into the pool.Our swimming coach came to us in a fury and we all ran away and started hiding in corners.It was reallly worth all the fun!

A Day Of Cricket in the rain!☔☔  Hey!I hope all the readers are interested in cricket like me and how more beautiful can the game be when played in the rain!!.It was during monsoon when me and my friends planned to play cricket outdoors.We knew that the ball may not bounce due to the dampness in the ground but yet the idea of playing cricket in the rain was fun for all of us. As our vacations were going on,we had breakfast at 8'oclock and by 10,all of us reached the ground.Many wore dirty and old clothes as they knew it will anyways get spoilt in the rain.The coin was tossed and we lost the toss and had to bowl first.It was very surprising that we started getting wickets in the first over itself! Normally,we used to get the first wicket after 3-4 overs.The main reason for the early wickets was the wet pitch due to which the ball bounced lower and used to hit the stump instead of the bat. Memorable outing with friends!

 Summer Vacations have started,and now it is time for many students like me to start planning their vacations.Some may want to visit their hometown or grandparents,whereas some would like to spend in home playing games.Then there comes another set of people which would like to roam and explore during the holidays. Vacations had begun recently and we all were excited to make the outing plans .Some of my friends suggested to go camping whereas most of us were content to go for outdoor activities like hiking etc.After considerable discussion and feasiblity studies we decided we would go for bowling and then later we would go for few water rides.If time and money would permit,we would also buy coffee or some eatables and have them near the beach.Hence with high hopes and adventurous spirits,we trode off the journey towards our first step,the bowling center. Dinner with my Cricket Buddies!

 It was during the summer vacations when we used to get to play more than regular days as the sunlight was available for an extra hour or so.This was a boon for us and also we had planned to eat dinner together someday.It so happened that my friend Praveen had come for vacations to town too thus I was delighted to spend my time with him.After the match on a Friday evening,we all sat discussing which restaurant to have dinner at,everyone bring some money along that day.There were many options from Soha Restaurant,Ghasitaram Halwai and Chandni Chowk.But to us,Al Jood Restaurant near the Al khuwair park was feasible.Many of us had just looked at the restaurant from outside not that it was a luxury restaurant but it's location was quite good considering the park nearby.We were 8 friends and had shawarma and orange juice.To end the meal,we had an aloo paratha from the baker.The whole meal costed us around 5 rials.(including praveen's petrol charges which were 1 rial/person).Thanks f
